Shipping policy
LOCAL SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA WIDE)
- Shipping charges are applied at checkout.Â
- Shipping charges vary by state.Â
- All online orders are processed within 2-4 business days after purchase.
- All domestic orders are shipped via Couriers Please, TNT or Australia Post.
- Tracking details will be emailed upon dispatch.
- Orders should be received within 2-4 business days from dispatch; however, delivery times may vary according to your location if not in a metro area.Â
- Please allow for extra delivery time if residing in regional areas of WA.Â
- Please note, that business days are 9am to 5pm EST Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
- The above-mentioned shipping costs do not apply to custom orders within Australia. Custom order freight charges will be discussed upon discussion and size of order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We only ship internationally to New Zealand.Â
- $50 flat rate international shipping applies to all online orders (max $200).
- All online orders are processed within 2 business days after purchase.
- International order are shipped via DHL or FEDEX.
- Tracking details will be emailed upon dispatch.
- Please note we cannot ship internationally to PO Boxes.
- Orders will be received within 7-14 business days from dispatch depending on your location.
- The above-mentioned shipping costs do not apply to international custom orders. Freight charges will be discussed upon discussion and size of order.
CUSTOM ORDER SHIPPING
All shipping costs and delivery timelines for custom orders are discussed upon commencement of order, between a member of BESTEAM SPORT AUSTRALIA (BESTEAM) and the customer. The local and international shipping policies only apply to purchases made online.
